I strongly advise avoiding this car rental company. From the start, there was aggressive pressure to purchase their insurance. When I refused, the experience turned exactly into what many would call a scam. Upon returning the vehicle, staff went over it with a magnifying glass and claimed to find a scratch so small on the front bumper —clearly just a tactic to impose extra charges.It feels like they deliberately punish customers who don’t buy their overpriced insurance. I wish I had read a review like this before renting, as it would have saved me a lot of frustration and unfair costs.
