This service is misleading. I arranged and paid for the rental through an intermediary, and when I went to collect the vehicle, they unexpectedly charged me a cleaning fee. I challenged this, believing standard cleaning should be included, as it was not mentioned during the rental process. Upon returning the car, they insisted it was not clean, despite it being the cleanest rental vehicle I've ever returned. They imposed an extra charge of €25 for the 'cleaning.' I can also provide photos showing that the car was not particularly clean when I picked it up.
