I liked the comprehensive testing and the resulting customized dietary suggestions. I had no idea, however, that the 6-month re-testing would NOT include most of the tests that actually were out of range for me. To know if the concerning data had changed, I would have had to pay hundreds of dollars extra. That's ridiculous, considering how expensive the subscription is to begin with. There was no transparency around this, or I wouldn't have purchased.
