I am completing my 2nd full year of membership with Function Health. As a "beta" member, functionality was a little rocky to begin with but over time everything smoothed out. The technology is easy to navigate now.The use of Quest for labs and the testing process has been outstanding. Easy to access and an efficient process.The wait time to get the results and the clinician's notes seems to be a little slow. Understand the review takes time, however, It would be helpful if you (Function) would allow Quest to release the results to us as soon as they are available rather than having to wait for the written clinician summary. It would be especially helpful since if a person has any upcoming appointments with specialists, one can have them ready to share. My physicians have all been amazed at the blood work details and are appreciative of the depth of them to assist in their evaluations of any health conditions.Any time I have had a question posed through Function Health, I have been responded to quickly. Customer service has been excellent.All in all, I am very pleased with Function Health and encourage anyone who is on the fence to make the investment to dig deeper into your personal health and well being. You won't regret it!
