The company advises scheduling labs on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th day of the cycle (for females). Given my highly irregular cycle, I used the app to schedule labs and added extra days I might be on my cycle. Now that my cycle has started, I'm trying to modify my lab orders to the day I planned (not through the app), but they refuse to accommodate me. They only suggest alternative days and times that don’t work for me, which is incredibly frustrating. Paying for a service that doesn’t align with my schedule feels like a waste. The complete lack of live customer support is maddening and disappointing. If this is how the company operates, I’m considering canceling and requesting a full refund. They clearly prioritize their profits over customer care.
