However, despite several escalations—along with confirmations that the case was raised to senior finance and management—numerous promised timelines were missed, including specific commitments for 12-hour and 2-hour resolutions. Communication eventually ceased, and no clear payout date or processing confirmation has been provided to this day. I understand that delays can occur, but the inconsistent follow-up and missed commitments have been frustrating, especially after receiving clear assurances.
