The support team has acknowledged my query, stating it’s under review and asking for my patience. However, after waiting 13 days, I see no reason to continue waiting. They admitted that not having a manager reach out to me within the promised time frame is unacceptable and a serious failure in their service. They insist they are not a fraudulent company, but their communication breakdown has been significant. They mentioned my withdrawal request was escalated for immediate processing and that I would receive confirmation of the transaction today. Yet, as of now, I am still left without my payout and feel misled by their assurances.
