I am writing this review to warn others about the technical and billing issues I encountered with FFF109415. Following an account liquidation, I attempted a reset as instructed. The reset was unsuccessful, yet my credit card was deducted twice for the transaction. I have reached out regarding these refunds but have heard nothing back. It is unacceptable to charge a client twice for a service that was never delivered. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this firm.
