I was having trouble connecting my account to TradingView, but Bhadmus was a tremendous help through his quick troubleshooting and assistance. I was able to login within a matter of minutes and get started. It also helped that he was extremely friendly and cordial during the entire time

It did not work in my NinjaTrader at all. I asked them for a refund about 10 times, and every time they replied that it was “no problem.” However, they never actually issued the refund. When I contacted them again after 14 days, they told me that a refund was no longer possible.
Daniel helped to get my account status back from "blown" to "active" after an error with end of day reporting from a market holiday anomoly. My issue was resolved within about 20 minutes.
