Prior to submitting my withdrawal request, I made sure to inform the support team that the service is not accessible in my country. I received a clear assurance from them that they would find an alternative payment method and that it wouldn't be a problem. With this confirmation in hand, I proceeded with trading, adhered to all guidelines, and submitted my withdrawal request. However, after more than a week of waiting, my withdrawal was still pending. I was then notified that my request would be canceled, my account shut down, and that I would receive a refund instead. After fulfilling all requirements again and waiting another 5 days, my second withdrawal request was also denied. What concerns me the most is that the payment restriction was cited as a reason after I had already been allowed to trade and given assurances about an alternative solution. Additionally, my account balance was altered during this time, which caused further confusion and anxiety. I was also removed from the company's communication platform during this ordeal. Initially, I was asked to provide identification documents and later my wallet details for the payment. Shortly after, I was blocked and lost access to any further communication. I was even told that removing my review could expedite my payout. This situation has raised serious doubts about transparency and how genuine feedback from traders is managed. This review aims not to defame the service, but to share a genuine, documented experience.
