I am sharing my honest experience with the service, specifically regarding a $100,000 funded account, as this is a serious matter that directly impacts a trader’s capital, mindset, and future plans. Background: I am an experienced trader and have purchased several accounts with the service over time (5K, 10K, 25K, 50K, and 100K) and have successfully passed prior accounts. My trading history reflects a solid win rate, disciplined risk management, appropriate stop-loss usage, and structured risk-reward. This can be verified from my trading history. This review focuses on operational issues, platform confusion, spreads, and very slow or absent support.
Main Problems Encountered: 1️⃣ TradeLocker Platform Confusion: On TradeLocker, when multiple accounts of the same size are active, it becomes challenging to clearly identify: Which account is currently active, where trades are being placed, and how drawdown is affected in real time. This represents a significant execution risk. Due to this confusion, trades were unintentionally placed on incorrect accounts, leading to drawdowns. This was not intentional; it was a platform usability issue. 2️⃣ High & Unstable Spreads: Another concern was the very high and inconsistent spreads. Due to spread expansion, stop-losses were triggered earlier than expected, risk-reward calculations were distorted, and real-time execution was unclear. Even with cautious risk management, spreads created unnecessary pressure. 3️⃣ Dashboard & Account Management Issues: The service's dashboard did not provide clear visibility of: which account should be traded, which accounts were active or should have been closed, and real-time clarity during execution. An older account remained open, contributing to the confusion. 4️⃣ Extremely Slow / No Support Response: This was the most frustrating aspect. Despite sending multiple emails, providing dashboard screenshots, sharing chat history, and outlining the issue clearly, I received very delayed responses and eventually no responses at all, even during official hours. For a $100,000 funded account, this communication level is unacceptable.
My Efforts to Resolve the Issue: I tried to resolve this professionally, requesting a straightforward solution of one clean funded account, agreeing to close challenge accounts if necessary, and seeking clarity rather than special treatment. I refrained from posting this review earlier to trust the firm and resolve it privately.
Why I Am Writing This Review: I aim for transparency, not revenge. This issue delayed my trading journey, affected my 2026 goal of achieving a $100K payout, and created unnecessary stress due to lack of response. I have all proofs available: emails, dashboard screenshots, trading history, and account details. Final Thoughts: The service has potential, but improvements are needed in platform clarity, spread control, account management, and support responsiveness, especially for funded traders managing significant capital. A trader can accept losses, but confusion, silence, and lack of clarity on a funded account are unacceptable.
