To me this is a breakthrough because most people don't have a huge amount of capital to trade, But have so much experience on trading, it an opportunity not to be joked with
I asked support whether drawdown on Stellar (non-Instant) accounts is calculated based on balance or equity. I was told it is balance-based and that only Stellar Instant uses trailing loss.
However, the official rules clearly state that floating (open) losses are included in Daily Loss calculations, meaning an account can be breached while a trade is still open, even if it later recovers. That is equity-based enforcement.
When I pointed out this contradiction, support dismissed it and redirected me to the FAQ instead of giving a clear answer.
For traders, this distinction is critical. The communication is misleading and can lead to serious risk-management mistakes.
Read the rules very carefully and do not rely on support explanations.
I’ve had a positive experience with the service so far. The platform is user-friendly, and the trading guidelines are clearly defined, making it easier to understand what’s required during a challenge. Execution has been reliable on my end, and the overall setup feels tailored to traders.
I had an excellent experience overall. The service was seamless, professional, and precisely as advertised. Communication was straightforward, and everything was managed promptly without any issues. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking a dependable and trustworthy service.
Firstly, I want to share that I'm a user of a funded trading service with both $5k and $10k accounts. The spreads on forex and gold are quite low, but trading indices can be challenging as they are not easily accessible. The interface is user-friendly, and the CEO is actively engaged on all platforms, responding to everyone and addressing their concerns. The company has a genuine vision and avoids imposing unnecessary rules that could hinder traders. The CEO has experience with a leading prop firm, which adds credibility to their operations. Thank you for providing such a positive experience!
This prop firm has proven to be very reliable and supportive for traders. The support team is attentive and professional, always ready to assist when necessary. Payouts are processed smoothly and punctually, and the scaling plan is thoughtfully designed for sustainable growth. The pricing is reasonable and competitive compared to many other firms. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.
I joined the platform on October 6, 2025. On November 4, they held a Giveaway where I won a $5000 account (Two-step). I successfully completed the challenge in 21 days, and they set me up with a live account in just 4 hours. After trading for 14 days, I requested a payout on my scheduled date. Remarkably, the funds arrived in my wallet within exactly 1 hour and 46 minutes. I'm truly impressed! What stands out is their lack of restrictive rules compared to others, which is why I appreciate them so much.
I am sharing my honest experience with the service, particularly regarding a $100,000 funded account, as this is a critical matter that directly impacts a trader’s capital, mindset, and future plans. Background: I am not a novice or reckless trader. I have acquired multiple accounts with the service over time (5K, 10K, 25K, 50K, and 100K) and have previously passed accounts successfully. My trading record indicates a solid win rate, disciplined risk management, appropriate stop-loss usage, and structured risk-reward. This review focuses on operational issues, platform confusion, spreads, and extremely slow or non-existent support. Main Problems Encountered: 1️⃣ TradeLocker Platform Confusion: On TradeLocker, when multiple accounts of the same size are active, it becomes increasingly challenging to clearly identify: which account is currently active, where precisely trades are being placed, and how drawdown is being affected in real time. This represents a significant execution risk. Due to this confusion, trades were unintentionally placed on incorrect accounts, leading multiple accounts into drawdown. This was not intentional, nor gambling, nor rule abuse — it was a platform usability issue. 2️⃣ High & Unstable Spreads: Another major concern was the very high and inconsistent spreads. Due to spread expansion, stop-losses were triggered earlier than anticipated, risk-reward calculations were distorted, and real-time execution became unclear. Even with conservative risk management, spreads contributed significantly to unnecessary pressure. 3️⃣ Dashboard & Account Management Issues: The service's dashboard did not offer clear visibility of: which account should be traded, what accounts were active or should have been closed, and real-time clarity during execution. An older account remained open, which added to the confusion. 4️⃣ Extremely Slow / No Support Response: This was the most frustrating aspect. Despite sending multiple emails, providing full dashboard screenshots, sharing chat history, and clearly outlining the issue step by step, I received very delayed responses and eventually no responses at all, even during official working hours. For a $100,000 funded account, this level of communication is unacceptable. My Efforts to Resolve the Issue: I attempted everything to resolve this internally and professionally: requested a straightforward solution of one clean funded account only, agreed to close challenge accounts if necessary, sought clarity instead of special treatment, and gave the service multiple chances to respond. I even refrained from posting this review earlier because I wanted to trust the firm and resolve it privately. Why I Am Writing This Review: I am writing this review for transparency, not out of spite. This issue: delayed my trading journey, affected my 2026 goal of achieving a $100K payout, and created unnecessary stress due to lack of response. I have all proofs available: emails, dashboard screenshots, trading history, and account details. Final Thoughts: The service has potential, but clarity in the platform, spread control, account management, and support responsiveness must improve, particularly for funded traders managing large capital. A trader can accept losses — but confusion, silence, and lack of clarity on a funded account is unacceptable. I am posting this review as my initial public step. Further action will depend on whether the service chooses to respond and resolve this matter professionally.
