I’m sharing my experience after 4 years with Fundrise. I invested $5,000 in October 2021, and as of October 2025, my account shows about a $200 loss. During the same time, the S&P 500 grew by more than 30%.The withdrawal process is also not smooth — I requested a withdrawal a month ago, received $4,600, and still have about $300 left with no clear way to withdraw it.Maybe I invested at the wrong time, but overall, it doesn’t feel worth it. In my opinion, investing directly in the S&P 500 index fund would have been a much better and simpler choice.
