Low returns and withdrawals issues ! My experience using this company has not been great and i will like to warn others to proceed with caution , Finding out about SPACE BANK redefined everything for me . The pay has been great and i will forever stick to them because they always keep there promise .
I’m sharing my experience after 4 years with Fundrise. I invested $5,000 in October 2021, and as of October 2025, my account shows about a $200 loss. During the same time, the S&P 500 grew by more than 30%.The withdrawal process is also not smooth — I requested a withdrawal a month ago, received $4,600, and still have about $300 left with no clear way to withdraw it.Maybe I invested at the wrong time, but overall, it doesn’t feel worth it. In my opinion, investing directly in the S&P 500 index fund would have been a much better and simpler choice.
Fundrise is easy to use, and it makes investing in private entities easy. Growth may be slow, at times, and it may even be negative for a quarter, but the tri-partite nature of investments in Real Estate, Private Credit, and Innovation creates a powerful, confident growth resource in your portfolio.
The fees are higher than an index fund would be but I think of them like property management fees. Fundrise is a great way for non-accredited investors to get some passive real estate exposure. Their venture fund is also the only way I know of to get into private tech companies without having a seat at those tables.Anything that makes investing less exclusive is okay by me.
