The fees are higher than an index fund would be but I think of them like property management fees. Fundrise is a great way for non-accredited investors to get some passive real estate exposure. Their venture fund is also the only way I know of to get into private tech companies without having a seat at those tables.Anything that makes investing less exclusive is okay by me.
