I am writing this as a serious update regarding my experience.
My withdrawal of 317 USDT has now been pending for more than 10 days. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have not received any clear response, timeline, or resolution. Emails are not being delivered, and there is no active support channel available.
Additionally, I was contacted by an account manager who communicated in a highly unprofessional manner. Instead of assisting, I was indirectly discouraged from proceeding and left without proper guidance.
I have also experienced inconsistent balance changes in my account, which adds further confusion and concern.
At this point, I am not making accusations, but I expect:
• A clear explanation of the delay
• Proper communication from the support team
• Immediate processing of my pending withdrawal
I strongly advise the company to address this matter transparently and professionally.
I will update this review on Trustpilot once the issue is resolved.

Since my last review, I have still not received my withdrawal of 317 USDT, which has now been pending for over 12 days.
I also tried contacting support multiple times, but my emails are not being delivered or I receive no response.
The company replied here saying to contact official support, but unfortunately, I am unable to get any response through those channels.
I am only asking for a clear update and timeline regarding my withdrawal.

I am writing this review to raise serious concerns regarding my pending withdrawal from FundsCap.
I deposited 500 USDT and earned a profit of 804 USDT, bringing my total balance to 1,304 USDT. I first withdrew 50 USDT, leaving a balance of 1,254 USDT. Later, I withdrew 746 USDT, leaving a remaining balance of 504 USDT.
When I tried to withdraw again, my request was initially marked as “Not Eligible.” I contacted FundsCap support via email, after which my withdrawal request was approved. I submitted a withdrawal of 317 USDT, but it has now been several days, and the dashboard still shows the status as “Pending.” I have not received any response from the support team, nor have I received the funds.
Additionally, my account balance fluctuates on its own. Sometimes it shows 200 USDT, sometimes 500 USDT, sometimes 800 USDT, and sometimes 1,200 USDT. I have not placed any trades or made any fund transfers, yet the balance keeps changing by itself, which is extremely concerning.
The lack of communication, delayed withdrawals, and unexplained balance fluctuations make this platform very unreliable. Transparency and timely processing are basic expectations from any financial service.
I urge FundsCap to address these issues immediately and process my withdrawal without further delay. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform.

Recebi uma negativa informando que havia utilizado VPS, então recorri, explicando que o uso de VPS é permitido. Enviei todas as comprovações, mas alegaram outra justificativa para negar o pagamento: que eu havia acessado de um IP diferente. O IP era do meu computador pessoal e utilizei a plataforma deles, e apenas uma vez. Expliquei a situação e enviei minha fatura de internet, e eles concordaram. No entanto, ainda assim mantiveram a negativa. Durante todo esse processo, simplesmente zeraram minhas contas que estavam lucrativas, alegando acesso por IPs. Essa plataforma está crescendo bastante no Brasil e fazendo parcerias, mas nada disso valerá se continuarem negando pagamentos legítimos e dificultando a vida dos traders. Pensem bem antes de investir aqui.

Envie provas, mas alegaram outra razão para negar o pagamento: acesso de um IP diferente. O IP era do meu computador pessoal e usei a plataforma deles, apenas uma vez. Expliquei a situação e enviei minha fatura de internet, e eles concordaram. No entanto, mantiveram a negativa e, durante todo o processo, simplesmente zeraram minhas contas lucrativas, alegando acesso por IPs. Infelizmente, a empresa não é confiável e não está realizando os pagamentos. Tive um saque aprovado em uma data específica, cumprindo todas as regras, e até agora não recebi o pagamento. Estou muito insatisfeito, pois fiz um compromisso com o valor que trabalhei arduamente para obter. Recebi um e-mail informando que meu pedido de pagamento foi aprovado, mas até o momento, os fundos não foram depositados.
