They arrived exactly on time and efficiently set up everything, making sure the environment was safe and fun for all the kids. The ponies were gentle, well-groomed, and perfect for children of all ages to enjoy safe and exciting rides. The petting zoo animals—including goats, rabbits, and chickens—were clean, happy, and approachable. The kids loved feeding and interacting with them. The staff was patient and engaging, answering questions and making the experience educational as well as entertaining. Their attention to detail, from themed costumes to decorations, added a lovely touch to the party. Booking was straightforward, pricing transparent, and communication quick and helpful. Overall, this service made our party stress-free, fun, and truly memorable. Highly recommended!
