My granddaughter just turned 2, and we hired Boston Party Adventures for her Paw Patrol birthday party. We requested Skye and Rubble, and on the morning of the party, Joe called to let us know that one of the performers was sick. He explained that Matt would be covering both characters and that he would also help with balloons. I really appreciated the call and the honesty, and it made me feel confident that they were handling everything professionally.
When they arrived, Matt went above and beyond. Not only did he play Skye and Rubble, but he also surprised us by adding Chase. The kids were so excited, and my granddaughter was absolutely thrilled. They played music, danced, sang, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. It felt like a real little show, not just someone showing up in a costume.
Everything was very interactive, fun, and well organized. The team arrived on time, was easy to work with, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service we received.
Most importantly, they helped make my granddaughter’s birthday truly special. Seeing her smile and enjoy herself meant everything to us. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be booking them again in the future.
We recently hired Los Angeles Kid’s Birthday Party Pony Ride and Petting Zoo Rentals for our daughter’s birthday, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The staff was patient and engaging, answering questions and making the experience educational as well as entertaining. We hired Funfactory for a event we had for our annual company Family Day in May. We do it every year and it's a lot of fun, everyone brings their kids and we plan lots of activities for the families to do together along with their children. We usually get things like jumpy houses, clowns and things like that. Someone who had worked with Fun Factory for their daughters bday party suggested we get in touch with them, they said they had a princess Elsa come out and do balloon animals and sing songs. We ended up using them to hire a balloon animal twister for everyone. The guy we got was AMAZING!!! Alan the Amazing was his name and for real he WAS amazing!!! He spent all day doing balloons in unbelievable shapes, this guy can do EVERYTHING! I've never seen such high quality balloon animals and to top it off he was super friendly and engaging with everyone. This guy is talented and definitely represents the company well. People were all saying what a great job he did and it was so fun seeing all the kids with their incredible balloons. I think we're even going to use the same guy again next year

My daughter, who had never been on a pony before, was a bit nervous, but the staff was patient and reassuring. By the end of the first ride, she didn’t want to get off!The children were lined up, eager for their turn. Each child got to ride multiple times, and the smiles on their faces were priceless. The ponies wore cute, child-friendly saddles, and one even had a little bow in its mane for a festive touch.Right next to the pony ride area, the petting zoo was bustling with excitement. There was a great mix of animals: two playful goats, a sleepy pig, a few curious chickens, and some fluffy bunnies. The enclosure was the perfect size—not too large to be overwhelming, but spacious enough for the kids to walk around and interact comfortably.The staff made sure each child had a chance to pet, hold, and even feed the animals. They gave out small portions of safe animal feed and supervised to make sure everything stayed safe for both the children and the animals. We recently hired a mobile petting zoo and pony ride rental for my daughter's 6th birthday party . I can honestly say it was one of the best party decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment the staff arrived, everything was seamless, professional, and beyond what we expected.The team showed up early to set everything up and brought a whole crew of friendly animals—bunnies, goats, chickens, a mini pig, and even a sweet little alpaca. The kids were thrilled from the moment they arrived. The animal enclosures were clean and well-maintained, and the handlers were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They answered all the kids’ questions and made sure everyone had a chance to pet and interact with the animals safely.The highlight of the party, though, was the pony ride. I had used this place to rent a unicorn rainbow theme bouncey castle for my little girl's 4th bday. The whole party was rainbow theme so we needed something that would fit with that. It looked great, the bouncer was really cute and a good size for the kids. It looked like it was in pretty new condition and very clean. They came to set it up and had everything ready to go ahead of time, we just paid cash when they arrived. We kept it about 6 hours and the kids had a great time. The main thing for me was that they were very reliable and came on time and also that the jumper was safe and looked good and fit in with our party theme
I had used this place to rent a bouncy castle. We got something that had a combo of bouncer and also a slide attached. It was pretty cute, a good size for kids up to like 12. I think bigger than that they might have had an issue. The jumper barely fit in our backyard I think it was like 25 feet long or something. I'm not sure but Carlos the guy who delivered did a really good job of making it fit.At first I thought it would be too big but he made it work, saved the party ha ha! The kids liked it and one thing I liked was it was clean and also he got it set up before anyone came so it wasn't in the way when the kids were arriving. Seems like a pretty good place, their inventory is a little bit limited but I was overall pretty happy with what we got and the price
These guys did all the setup for our annual street festival party. We had over 5,000 people in 3 days. They did an awesome job with hiring 3 different styles of bouncers. We got an inflatable bouncer slide and a cotton candy and snowcone machine. The kids loved it and the setup was very smooth. A little issue in the beginning with figuring out the whole electrical situation, but they got it figured out pretty quick and it wasn't a big deal. I appreciated the reliability, great communication
We got a couple walkaround type characters just to add a little fun to our event. We just needed them to walk around, meet the kids, take pictures etc. No big deal, just a nice little extra for the kids and families to have fun. I was expecting the more traditional type mascot style costumes. However they seemed to use a newer type of inflatable style mascot, which was also cute. The main thing is the kids liked the characters and the parents got to take their pics. Their staff was good and energetic. For something like this it's a fun idea
Just rented a Stitch mascot costume from here. It looked really good! I was impressed that it was actually as professional as it was. I did see the pic ahead of time but still, ya never know right? But it came on time and looked exactly like the website. Was a big hit at the party and the whole process was pretty easy. Good to know there's a place out there that actually has this service, I couldn't find any other mascot rental companies online so it's cool to have a resource. We will probably rent costumes again for our 4 year old's party in December.
