Only 1 star and I have not begun my vacation. Going for my brothers wedding in September and when we checked flight changes found that my last name is incorrect. I was told I had to cancel and rebook the entire trip for my portion which will be an additional $1830 on top of the $3474 already paid. I am not sure how this happened when my name has been the same for 30 years my mother completed the booking online. I pleaded to the agents to change it and the answer has been no! I purchased the travel insurance and if rebooked would have to repurchase that as well. I called Delta and they are willing to make the change if Funjet will add a remark to the system giving Delta permission to do so. Called again the answer was no only option is to rebook. Mistakes happen but not according to Funjet. Vacation ruined unless I find more money that I do not have truly will never use this company again!UPDATE EVENTS OF TODAY: FUNJET HAS REMOVED MY RESERVATION FROM MY ONLINE ACCOUNT Spoke with customer service I have 1 option cancel and rebook Trip booked in June rates have changed dramatically I am so distrustful in this company there are no words to describe what I am feeling!The response to this review is a joke!
