I am a travel agent. I have lost so many clients and spent countless hours on the phone. ALG is the supplier for Funjet, Apple and Travel Impressions. They are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. On so many booking I have logged over 40 hours on customer service calls for multi booking/group booking. They transfer you after hours on hold, they can't answer things. NONE OF THESE SUPPLIERS WILL HELP YOU! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE NOT WORTH DEALING WITH! AS AN AGENT OR A PERSON BOOKING WITH THEM, WATCH OUT!! BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!! I have had countless booking go wrong. They remove coupon codes and discounts. They drop calls ALL THE TIME after hours spent on hold or waiting for answers! HORRIFIC HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THEM DO NOT RISK TRAVELING OR FLYING THROUGH ANY OF THEM! They do not care about their customers at all. They will be your worst nightmare if something that is out of your control goes wrong or you need help with any part of your package!

I was totally ripped off by this company a few years back. I wonder if their policies are still the same. Booked a trip, arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Was told they sold my seats because I was late. Had taken the same trip the year before arrived literally at take off time and had no problems. But this time they were of no help. I had the entire family standing there just extremely disappointed that the vacation we had been planning for months was not going to happen. Then the ticket folks told me they had another flight leaving in an hour and if there was a late show we could possibly have their tickets but of course we would have to pay a fee for the service. Sure enough when the hour was up they called me to the ticket counter and told me they had a no show and for $250 we could have their seats. I of course paid so the family trip would happen. We were sitting waiting for the plane to start boarding and I see ths family walk up to the ticket counter and the father said pretty much all the same things I had said an hour earlier that they were technically not late that there was 15 minutes before boarding. Same deal was made again for a later flight for this family. What a total scam this company is running, especially since because of storms the flight we were waiting on was delayed an hour. I liked the deals I originally had gotten from this company before this but have never used them again. It is a sleazy company.

Do not book!

The customer service of this company is next to nothing all they are money hungry and have no regard for human safety. There is an active travel warning for Cancun or at least there was 1 day ago and they are saying i do not qualify for a refund. And offered no other solutions to help this is not my first problem with company and i should have taken the warning the first time. I will not be booking with funjet in the future if my issue is not resolved. I have always been a huge advocate for this company and recommend it to many friends and family but if they crave money over insuring the protection of human lives than this is a company i can not support

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BOOK WITH FUNJET. COMPLETE RUN AROUND. WAS BOOKED WITH A GROUP BUT HAD TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION WELL WITH IN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY JUST PUT ME ON HOLD I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM

Refusal to comply with Data Privacy laws

They refuse to delete my account and personal information associated with it. I only created an account to look up a reservation. I did not book directly with Funjet, but used a travel agent. I clearly verified my identity with name, email, phone. They refuse deletion without a reservation number I don’t have. I escalated this to BBB and MN Attorney General. I am requesting account deletion and personal data removal.

Worst experience ever Want to give it a Zero

Worst experience ever. They are deceptive in their practices. Their prices are significantly higher than other travel sites or booking through the resorts directly. Booked resort and flights separately/ months apart then it was put as a package without my knowledge or consent. Tried to cancel just the room and I was told I cannot have to cancel everything. These people are trying to unnecessarily stress a bride. I don't want a travel credit I have insurance. I want all my money paid back and I will NEVER BOOK WITH FUNJET. Customer service representative Juillet M refused to answer the direct question that Daniella F. the supervisor refused to speak to this consumer on 5/15/25 at 21:06.Several of my guest have already canceled their reservations through them because of the price gouging. This has been the worst experience ever. If any of my guest that did keep their reservations have an issue, I will be filing a class action lawsuit. Based on the 178 other negative reviews we have enough for a case.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible company, complete scam. I was forced to book through them for a wedding at a resort. First of all, it was almost $1500 more to book through them than directly with the resort. I bought travel protection. Due to a life-threatening medical condition that came up, I was advised by my doctor not to travel, and wow - the run-around I received in trying to cancel my (protected) reservation was insane. I provided letters from my physician and everything I could think of and they would not issue a refund. I kept getting transferred around with no one able to actually help me. Scam. Eventually, I had to just call my credit card and dispute the charge. DO NOT EVER USE FUNJET. They are not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau!

I paid any extra $500 on my trip and…

I paid any extra $500 on my trip and still haven't recieve a refund. Everytime I call they just transfer me around then hang up on me. They have been saying my bank and I have got my bank and them on the line and they can't give me any real info on my $500.

Funjet booked an aircredit for myself…

Funjet booked an aircredit for myself and my family with United for $2961. My stage 4 cancer required chemo, radiation, and a stem cell transplant from Northwestern University in Chicago. I supplied documentation to Funjet and they denied me. Then I went to United and they granted the reimbursement but credited Funjet since they were the ones that booked it from my original payment. Have been on ph with Funjet 5 hrs multiple times and supplied them proof of United reimbursement and Dr notes. They are now saying they need to call the Hospital to verify my treatment happened. They are unethical and anyone and everyone should NOT use this company. They prey on sick people!
