I placed an order for two gifts at the start of December, and they never arrived. I reached out via email and received a prompt response, thanking me for my inquiry. They provided a tracking number through a tracking service, which confirmed that my package was supposedly delivered on December 29th at 3:57 PM, but that didn’t happen. Now, I’m not receiving any replies to my emails. When I contacted the tracking service, they told me to deal with the courier service directly, which is frustrating. Does anyone know what courier the company uses? This situation is incredibly disappointing. I strongly advise against using this service.
