Would give zero if it was an option. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs! Ordered 4 funko pops for Christmas gifts and a box of 3 arrived. The time and effort to get the missing item delivered was unbelievable. The worst thing is the lack of response to emails. I’m now fighting a loosing battle trying to get a refund for two items I have returned. There is absolutely no response to emails and there is no phone number to call. AVOID AVOID AVOID is you want to stay sane!!!
I have had a very negative experience with this service. I placed an order in early November 2025 for a Christmas gift for my child, totaling 72 Euros. In my currency, that amounted to 820 Swedish Kronor after the bank took a transaction fee. The item was never delivered, and after multiple emails, they finally agreed to refund the 72 Euros on January 8th, 2026, two months later. This means the chance for a Christmas gift was completely lost, along with my money. The 72 Euros now hold less value in Swedish Kronor, and the bank will again take a fee. I will not be purchasing from this service again. What a disappointing experience.
I ordered a customized pop vinyl for my son's 21st birthday during the holiday season, and I was impressed by the excellent communication. I placed an order for two gifts at the start of December, and they never arrived. I reached out via email and received a prompt response, thanking me for my inquiry. They provided a tracking number through a tracking service, which confirmed that my package was supposedly delivered on December 29th at 3:57 PM, but that didn’t happen. Now, I’m not receiving any replies to my emails. When I contacted the tracking service, they told me to deal with the courier service directly, which is frustrating. Does anyone know what courier the company uses? This situation is incredibly disappointing. I strongly advise against using this service.
I ordered two collectibles that were dispatched on November 30th, expected by December 10th. However, the tracking hasn't updated since the 30th. I reached out to the support team twice and received no response, and it's now been over seven business days. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller; their customer service is non-existent and they are quick to take your money!
I strongly advise against ordering from here. After seeing all the negative reviews, I regret not checking before making my purchase. I ordered two collectibles, but what I received was completely different from what I expected. I've attempted to reach out for assistance, but the customer support is practically nonexistent beyond the automated responses. There's no phone number available, and while there is an email, I never received a reply. I even messaged them on social media, and all I got was a promise to escalate my issue without any follow-up. This company has proven to be utterly ineffective, and I wish I had spent a bit more to buy from a different seller; now I'm left with unwanted items and out of pocket.
I paid for a custom figure and received a defective one. I ordered it a month in advance for a birthday gift, thinking I had enough time. After notifying the support team and providing my birthday details, I waited three weeks for a response. Despite multiple follow-ups, I now have to discard the item and accept that £50 is wasted. I strongly recommend avoiding this service and spending your money elsewhere. I am very disappointed.
I ordered a special edition in late December and it still hasn't been dispatched. In June, I was informed of delays and reached out to the support team, who contacted the company on my behalf. They claimed everything was on track for a shipment in November. However, as of December 1, I've received nothing. I've spent a significant amount with this company and others, but it feels like my loyalty means nothing.
Once again, the exclusive drop was a disaster! The item sold out in under 10 seconds, and another was marked sold out in less than a second. This is clearly not feasible. With more drops planned, it feels like a frustrating waste of time, similar to previous experiences. The company needs to address the issue of bots to avoid further negative feedback.
