I ordered several items from this store—most were satisfactory. However, shipping costs are excessively high for the parcel size, and delivery is slow. One item was missing from my order, and a different one was sent instead, with no explanation. The response was delayed, and there was no apology. I was told I had to pay to return the wrong item, with no return address provided, leaving me unsure when I would receive the item I actually paid for! Very disappointed with the customer service. Update: After receiving several rude emails, I still haven't received the item, nor have I been refunded for it or the return shipping costs. I've requested a refund through payment services.
