I give 2 stars because they offer some quality items. However, kindness seems reserved for those who don’t encounter problems. Their customer service is quite poor, and it's reassuring to see that I'm not alone in feeling this way after reading other reviews. Email responses take ages, and when they do communicate, they often shift blame onto the customer, even in cases of misleading advertising. I recall a live session where someone mentioned there was too much air in their stress ball, and they were warned by a moderator that negativity would lead to being muted or blocked for the sake of children present. Simply pointing out an issue shouldn’t pose a risk to kids. The host even acknowledged the excess air, indicating they are aware but continue to market it as a great product. To make matters worse, when a viewer suggested using a needle to fix the stress ball, no moderator intervened. Encouraging the use of sharp objects is far more dangerous than addressing a minor flaw. This reflects poorly on their current priorities; they seemed friendly at first but now appear driven by greed, caring little for customer satisfaction. If something goes awry, expect no accountability or apologies from them.

This is my preferred place for fidgets—high quality at great prices. I only encountered one issue, which was resolved in 48 hours with a full refund issued without any hassle. I truly enjoy this shop; the people are friendly, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!
I discovered this store on social media in October 2025 when I purchased my first fidget toy. Since then, I exclusively get fidget toys for my son from this shop, both online and through their social media. They offer a wide variety of fidget tools suitable for all ages. The team members are exceptional; they diligently pick and pack your orders. Delivery is quick, and the quality of the fidget tools is impressive. My son and I enjoy this shop and appreciate the staff. We love watching their live sessions where they showcase the fidget tools before purchase. They also have a physical location, and we might plan a visit there this year. Looking forward to ordering more fidgets from them—great job!
I ordered several items from this store—most were satisfactory. However, shipping costs are excessively high for the parcel size, and delivery is slow. One item was missing from my order, and a different one was sent instead, with no explanation. The response was delayed, and there was no apology. I was told I had to pay to return the wrong item, with no return address provided, leaving me unsure when I would receive the item I actually paid for! Very disappointed with the customer service. Update: After receiving several rude emails, I still haven't received the item, nor have I been refunded for it or the return shipping costs. I've requested a refund through payment services.
