I give 2 stars because they offer some quality items. However, kindness seems reserved for those who don’t encounter problems. Their customer service is quite poor, and it's reassuring to see that I'm not alone in feeling this way after reading other reviews. Email responses take ages, and when they do communicate, they often shift blame onto the customer, even in cases of misleading advertising. I recall a live session where someone mentioned there was too much air in their stress ball, and they were warned by a moderator that negativity would lead to being muted or blocked for the sake of children present. Simply pointing out an issue shouldn’t pose a risk to kids. The host even acknowledged the excess air, indicating they are aware but continue to market it as a great product. To make matters worse, when a viewer suggested using a needle to fix the stress ball, no moderator intervened. Encouraging the use of sharp objects is far more dangerous than addressing a minor flaw. This reflects poorly on their current priorities; they seemed friendly at first but now appear driven by greed, caring little for customer satisfaction. If something goes awry, expect no accountability or apologies from them.
