I will never use this company again. Their service is terrible and I am sure that their customer service replies are just AI. I initially placed an order for 2 cards for my Sons 18th birthday. It was allegedly processed same day. Now there were Easter holidays but after 3 working days I was getting worried as my sons Birthday was by that time 2 days to go. After several emails back and forth confirming the same details several times over, the customer service response was that I needed to wait another day until it was officially "late". The post had already arrived for the day, I explained that but it fell on unsympathetic ears and wait another day I did. The next day I contacted them again and they agreed to re send, although it would now arrive on the actual day of his birthday before 1pm. (so much for the nice surprise in the morning for him). When the replacement arrived it was only 1 of the 2 that were ordered. Again I contacted them and after another bout of email tennis and answering the exact same questions again, now his second card will arrive a day late. I mean seriously, why would anyone request a replacement card if they had the original order, It cannot exactly be resold....Moonpig, next day on lots of my orders. No idea what possessed me to try this company. Never again..
