Great filters to help find the right card. Easy to edit and save. Lovely cards at cheap prices and extra discount for your V.I.P's which is great because I rely on home delivery because of ill health and use this kind of service regularly for family and friends.

I received an order for flowers for my wife on valentines day but on opening the box I noticed the flowers were dry and damaged.
Obviously I got in touch with them and after 3 emails sent back n forth,they asked for photos,which I sent.
I didn't hear snything,so again,I sent another email stating the same thing as my last email,and,adding the photos again.
I received the usual reply,saying,they have passed it on blah blah blah, then,I got another email asking the same things as before.
I sent them an angry email to say how annoyed I was as this was getting nowhere.
I will never use funk pigeon ever again.Their customer service is crap and they just seem stupid

First time I have ever used this service. My mum who is 86 and housebound needed to send a card to her sister and had left it rather late. Asked me to order a Funky Pidgeon. This was on a Wednesday. I went online , staggering choice of cards and made the selection . I was expecting that the card would not arrive in time for her birthday on the Friday.
Much to my surprise the card arrived on her Birthday on the Friday. Excellent service and I will definitely use this again as it completely cuts out the faffing around.

Ordered a card for a specific date didnt arrive went to Moonpig had it the following day. Funky pigeon wouldn't give me a REFUND only CREDIT so reordered a CARD and put date down for delivery needed and low and behold NO DELIVERY AGAIN customer service excuse after excuse. Ordered the card on the THURSDAY FOR TUESDAY DELIVERY and they now say can take up to 1to 3 days after your requested date. This is over a week now and still nothing.

I did find that I lost the progress of the card I was personalising when I wanted to change the text / photos. I think there should be a better selection of stickers that are relevant to the card . I was making family Easter cards and there were no relevant stickers to add to my designs.

I ordered personalised cards 13 days in advance for an important, time‑sensitive occasion. Despite this, the cards arrived after the occasion had passed, making them unusable.
Customer service acknowledged the issue and apologised but attempted to attribute it to postal delays. However, given the advance notice, the problem was clearly that the cards were not dispatched in time.
The only resolution offered was a short‑term discount code, with postage still payable. No refund was provided.

If you need cards to arrive by a specific date, be aware that ordering well in advance did not prevent a late delivery in my case due to delayed dispatch.

It was a lot of faffing about to create the cards and I ended up having to place 2 orders as I couldnt see how to order a 2nd card? So I ordered another card plus added a mug but ended up being charged 2 lots of delivery charges, not happy at all!!!
