I ordered personalised cards 13 days in advance for an important, time‑sensitive occasion. Despite this, the cards arrived after the occasion had passed, making them unusable.
Customer service acknowledged the issue and apologised but attempted to attribute it to postal delays. However, given the advance notice, the problem was clearly that the cards were not dispatched in time.
The only resolution offered was a short‑term discount code, with postage still payable. No refund was provided.
If you need cards to arrive by a specific date, be aware that ordering well in advance did not prevent a late delivery in my case due to delayed dispatch.
