Dog bed ordered at £75 was really poor quality and nothing like described. Was advertised with lots of "science" around how it was cooling, calming and orthopaedic. There is so little filling in the bed, it provides absolutely no joint or spinal support, which it says it does. A £10 bed from Aldi would have been better quality. It took weeks for the company to respond to my emails made in complaint and they insisted on the original packaging (which is pretty much a plastic bin bag with tape) being sent back, and that I pay for the return, which may or may not result in a refund being given. I don't trust them to stick to their word and don't want to be further out of pocket. The bed I ordered also disappeared from the website a few days after my order. Don't buy from this scam company.
