Firstly this company is based in China, not the UK as advertised. Therefore delivery takes weeks to arrive from China.
The products I have received are nothing like the description and those I purchased.
They are made from very cheap material, have very little padding, sizing is incorrect and will offer no water resistance.
Very temu quality with upmarket price tags.
The colours were supposed to be the same except they are vastly different.
Far from that described on the website and a complete scam copycat company.
I have emailed asking for a prepaid return label based on these reasons and have not even had a response.
Really terrible experience with this company. I placed my order weeks ago for a pet car carrier and a travel water bottle which I’d ordered in the hope that it would arrive before our new puppy did. It didn’t. It has finally arrived and is incorrect. I’ve been sent a pet bed which I do not need. I have emailed the company demanding a full refund. Absolutely shambolic company. Not UK based, items come from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The item took a little longer to come than expected but tracking information was provided once item shipped and I could follow its progress to me.
The item itself was of good quality and was exactly as described so I am very happy with the whole experience.
Thank you for my order. As coming from China. Reading reviews never though I would receive so quickly I received my dog bed within 2 weeks and very very happy with my dog bed. Thank you soo much. Dog bed ordered at £75 was really poor quality and nothing like described. Was advertised with lots of "science" around how it was cooling, calming and orthopaedic. There is so little filling in the bed, it provides absolutely no joint or spinal support, which it says it does. A £10 bed from Aldi would have been better quality. It took weeks for the company to respond to my emails made in complaint and they insisted on the original packaging (which is pretty much a plastic bin bag with tape) being sent back, and that I pay for the return, which may or may not result in a refund being given. I don't trust them to stick to their word and don't want to be further out of pocket. The bed I ordered also disappeared from the website a few days after my order. Don't buy from this scam company.
I ordered with Funny Fuzzy, I didnt get any dispatch details for two weeks. I messaged to find out what was going on and didnt get a response until 10 days after I messaged. This was also after I finally recieved the dispatch email. I would not order from them again.
Disappointing customer support - It's virtually absent. My experience reflects what others have mentioned here; I placed an order a month ago and have received no communication, with no responses to any of my emails. STAY AWAY.
I placed an order for a sofa cover weeks ago, but they can't provide any information on the delivery date. I've cancelled the order, yet I haven't received any confirmation of the cancellation! I won't be ordering from this service again.
I placed two orders in April 2025 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. They don't respond to my messages at all. I DO NOT recommend this store! It's the perfect place to waste your money without receiving any products. Beware of this store!
The quality is lacking, and the support team is unwilling to offer a change or repair. The zipper broke within a month, and despite multiple emails, they continued to dismiss my concerns. This was well within the warranty period.
