I placed an order for a value of £180 on 6 March. By 30 March not only has the order not been received, but I asked for a full refund and have been told I’ll be given a 20% repayment (without any funds being issued nor detail as to when, and no engagement on my question about delivery date), and no response to my request for an urgent refund. I will post again when I receive a response.
