I ordered 3 items on 2/19/26. By March 8 I had not received any updates on the order and no shipping confirmation. I emailed the company on March 8 and got no response. I clicked on 'view my order' on their site and it got updated to 'On it's way' on March 10 but when you click on the supposed tracking number listed there it just said 'no shipping info for your order yet'.
Still no response to my email or updates to the shipping as of March 29 at which time I emailed them again. Will see if I get a response this time but not holding out hope....
