Review Time
The same story as most others. I was assured shipping in 3 days. 6 weeks later the order still shows as pending in their system. Customer service only replied after the 3rd email (and two weeks wait) to say that the package was shipped but they can't provide any tracking. I have little confidence this package will ever arrive.
I am extremely disappointed with Funny Fuzzy because I never received a clear or consistent response regarding the tracking of my order. The links that were sent to me did not work. In the end, I never received my order at all!! This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs!!!
We had previously ordered items and nothing went wrong with the transaction. We ordered them, they sent the items and we liked the items we got. So, we decided to buy another item at the end of November and we still haven't received it. It is now the end of February and no one from the company has responded to us about refunding our order or where it's at. They took over a 100$ of our money and are doing nothing about it. I will be submitting a fraud complaint to the BBB and see if that can do anything. Thanks Funny Fuzzy for basic stealing our money from us!
0 stars possible? AVOID! Purchased two dog coats that weren’t fit for purpose. I have been trying to arrange a refund for 2 months. Customer service demand photos (which I sent) and then offer a discount which I did not want. I advised I wanted the full refund I was entitled to. The company then ignore all emails. I then reached out on social media only to be asked for photos once again. I provided everything asked only to be ignored again. This company refuse to provide and details to process a return and refund. We will now be taking this up with the bank!
Absolutely horrible experience. I placed my order over a month ago and still I have no shipping or tracking information. My order hasn’t even shipped yet. I have contacted customer service over 3 times now to escalate my concern and have received no response. Complete silence. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. This company is unbelievably untrustworthy. I would never buy from them again for this specific reason.
For the record, the same support email they flaunt around in their replies, is the exact same email that I’ve been contacting. I’ve included all information, including my order number. Also including I would now be escalating and disputing my charge. I have been completely ignored.
The couch covers I purchased are very nice. Good quality. The reason I can only give this company two stars is because it took over three months and three emails to finally receive my purchase. Also, the company offered me 20% discount due to the long wait, but I haven’t seen a 20% credit. They sent me a gift card for $10.00 to be used at Funny Fuzzy. Well, I can’t get anything for $10.00 so that gift card is pretty useless unless I want to make another purchase. And, due to the very long wait I will not be purchasing from this company again.
This product (dog bed) looks
Like a doll bed not for a dog way to small & I have a 4 pound multipoo, this was a joke. I’d give this 0 stars. If there’s a bigger more realistic size I’d like that one but this was shocking so I’d be afraid to order again, I wanted my money.
I have purchased from this company before, I recently purchased a seat cover for my car. It’s been almost 5 weeks I haven’t received the product and also cannot see that it has even shipped yet. There is no tracking information to be found. When contacting customer support I have not been able to resolve this issue and they tell me the product is at sea. Their products are okay at best, but definitely not worth the hassle.
Ordered a dog bed in early October and still haven't received my item. They promised me a 20% discount for a delay in November but its now February. I've asked for a refund and still have had no response. Absolutely horrible customer service
This is our second time ordering from Funny Fuzzy and we're happy with all of our purchases. While it took quite a while to receive our order, Funny Fuzzy responded to my emails, delivered very high quality products and provided a gift voucher and thank you card explaining the reasons for the delays. I'm giving 5 stars because of the product quality and the thankyou card explaining their delays.
