I ordered on 3.8.26 although they immediately sent an email stating "Order is on the way" no tracking number was given and instructions to track I had to download their app. On 3.22.26 I reached out to customer service. I reached out to my credit card company on 3.24.26 . Then on 3.27.26 I finally hear from customer service with a tracking number. The tracking number shows my product is on an airplane with an estimated arrival of 10 days- Arrival to customs? To me? Their website does not indicate the product is coming from Hong Kong- the corporate headquarters is in Washington. I still do not have the product so I have no idea of the quality, etc. What I bought is not cheap, I spent over $100. Now they ask for a review? BUYER BEWARE
