Ordered two sweaters a month before Xmas for a party and didn't receive them until almost a month after because they are shipped from China. I was fine with that because the sweater party I was going to was canceled anyway due to covid. Unfortunately, the small sweater came as a 5XL. I put in a support ticket for replacing the 5xl sweater and was requested to send pictures with order info, which I did. After that, I have not heard back from the company after multiple emails and 2 more support tickets put in. Ironically, I received a generic text from "The Owner" Steven, reaching out to me "Personally" to see if I liked my order. Stating they are always available at the support email address LOL!!!!. Oh, and don't try calling, it's always busy or it will just ring until they hang up. I just want the correct size sweater I order so it can match the other one I got. Frustrating and disapointing.
