Back and forth communication was outstanding with timely response and follow-up in the designing of the sweater. Continued updates through production, shipping and delivery satisfaction. I placed an order for a funny holiday "sweater" on Dec 12th, and despite the numerous emails that I needed to upgrade my shipping (+$20...?) because there was a chance I wouldn't receive my order until after Christmas, I decided to stay with the normal shipping and worst case just wear it the day after or so. Today is Jan 5th, 6:04PM and I JUST received my "sweater", so sufficed to say it did not make it to any holiday events this year as we are well into 2025. I put quotes around "sweater" because this could only be called that by the most broad of definitions, it is paper thin, not woven, and the image reminds me of those laser print jobs that you can normally find at flea markets or tourist shops in beach towns. I own several other holiday type sweaters and there is no comparison between this item and those, it has has no weight to it at all and I am seriously afraid of what will happen if I attempt to wash this. If this was $15 or so, I'd probably be fine, but the fact this item was over $50 (and they wanted more for shipping) is borderline false advertising and criminal, the item I got doesn't represent the image on the website as the collar, sleeves, and lower hem are completely different, and as mentioned the quality is LOW. I would return this if I could (I can't) and would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere and will not be ordering from this place again.
I got my sweater a lil after Christmas, right into the new year which I was ok with cuz I had other holiday sweaters and I have 2 parties to DJ in January. When I received it I was simply amazed that they came thru for me. It wasn't that sweatshirt they were selling if was an actual sweater woven together. You have to specify that and they will tell u that they can't get it to you if they know it's gonna take long, which I was fine with. The Agent, Emily stayed the course with me and showed me updates and made sure I was satisfied on all counts!!!! She didn't have to do that but it made me want to order another one. People the site is no scam site don't let these people make ur choice for you. The business did me right and I am very thankful!!!!!DJYV
It's not so much a sweater as a printed jersey, but my daughter loves Godzilla and she adores this top. Customer outreach was beyond amazing, with lots of emails in the waiting period, making sure I was happy to wait, and that I was satisfied with the entire process. You sure don't get that kind of service from Amazon!
