The worst experience I’ve had with a game company so far!

I purchased in-game currency from them. Within the 14-day period I asked the developer/support for a full refund (I exercised my right of withdrawal as an EU consumer). The support team refused and then stopped responding.The seller’s Terms say purchases are final, but this cannot override EU consumer law. Despite citing Directive 2011/83/EU, the company refused to comply and was not cooperative in resolving the issue. I spent tens of € on digital items and, after following the correct procedures, received no remedy or clear explanation. Just a simple “we’re sorry, we won’t be refunding you”.Be careful buying from them if you’re in the EU. If you change your mind later on or aren’t satisfied, getting your money back may be very difficult.
