Funplus (specifically for State of Survival) is so intent on making money that they seem to have forgotten all the thousands of people supplying that money. Game mechanics are okay, but event matching continues to be way off. There seems to always be at least 1 alliance that is near double the power of an opposing alliance. You know who will win before the event even takes place. FP throws one special money spending event out after another and there is so much dead code causing problems that half the time the events don't even work right. Customer support is nearly non-existent. Very little (if anything) seems to get fixed before something else goes wrong. I understand every business has a profit desire, but FP takes it to a whole new level by ignoring their customers. Many have quit the game because of the lack of support and mismatching and, truth be told, I am not far from it.

suspended and suspected

Suddenly I'm suspended from the game because I'm suspected of selling illegal things on the platform?? So strange and so unprofessional!! They have now permanently closed my account for no reason. Don't expect any communication. They just want your money.Funplus are the worst!!

FunPlus Criminal Harassment plus Threats of Violence

Other players sent me nasty messages most related to sexual contact and abuse of my mother and threats to my physical safety...their in game reporting which I suspect is the worst AI i have seen and found no violations on many reports where they have used explicit language. I then sent manual report tickets and while they claim they want a respectful gaming experience they still have not told me how they were punished...I see their acct still online so i know they are not banned even thought they should be. Some of these players are openly violation the ToS, the criminal code in my country and many others and they are violating the law by aiding and abetting these people. They know about the situation and have not done anything to stop it. I plan on contacting a senior vp with the company named Dianne Schepers who can be reached at d*************@me.com or d*****.******@funplus.com

The worst experience I’ve had with a game company so far!

I purchased in-game currency from them. Within the 14-day period I asked the developer/support for a full refund (I exercised my right of withdrawal as an EU consumer). The support team refused and then stopped responding.The seller’s Terms say purchases are final, but this cannot override EU consumer law. Despite citing Directive 2011/83/EU, the company refused to comply and was not cooperative in resolving the issue. I spent tens of € on digital items and, after following the correct procedures, received no remedy or clear explanation. Just a simple “we’re sorry, we won’t be refunding you”.Be careful buying from them if you’re in the EU. If you change your mind later on or aren’t satisfied, getting your money back may be very difficult.

Crashes, terrible tech support. Overall just stealing money from players. If state revenue is lower that the cost of support you aren’t important enough.

They scammed me out of money

They scammed me out of money. Horrible company. I made a purchase that showed multiple items, they didn’t give me most of it and claimed those weren’t meant to be included. They refuse to make it right in any way. They were shown and still are.

“Spent $400 on Sea of Conquest. Bot gangs ruin it—reported with proof, FunPlus ‘investigated’ and lied, saying no issue. Bots still there, terms are meaningless. Scam company—1 star.”

It will ruin your life. Subliminials.

Players breaking TOS all the time. Any report is useless. Online help is just as bad. Save money by funding game gambling—abusive players and predators on these games. Absolute trash. Keep in mind; that I was a top player.
