Is there even a Customer Support?

Though I enjoy playing "King of Avalon: Frost & Flame" (even with pay2win mechanics in place), since the day before yesterday it's unplayable. It loads perfectly well, but accepts no input. No matter the platform, other accounts work, but my main doesn't. I reported this through customer support, but got a, possibly automated, answer that simply stated some troubleshooting (that doesn't apply to my problem), closed my ticket (when my problem still persists), and says it's forwarded to devs or whatnot (from whom I didn't hear). Even more, I cannot even get back to my ticket, even when I noted the ticketID and event the complete weblink...I will update this review when my problem is handled quickly...
