I didn't even want to give it one star! They have falsely advertised their product. It’s made of cheap plastic with various faces added. It's particularly disappointing during the holiday season when I wanted to do something nice for my family. They didn't even offer a full refund, just a 10% discount, which I promptly declined. I only have myself to blame for not being cautious, so I hope this helps others avoid this company! My rating should be minus 10!
