It arrived on Christmas Eve! It's fantastic. If you're looking for a wood carving of yourself, you need to find a skilled craftsman. There can be some communication barriers when ordering from overseas, but mine wasn't too bad. They responded to my inquiries, and what I received exceeded my expectations.
Absolutely unacceptable! The item I ordered is nothing like what I received; it was a complete disaster! It was made to look like a real hosepipe on the website, but instead, it arrived as a flat 3mm plastic cutout. Horrible, definitely not worth the price.
This was my first experience with this company. I was fortunate to receive the items ordered, although they weren't quite what I expected. The cartoonish plaque of the individuals from the photo was decent, though a bit better than I anticipated. However, the product was printed on plexiglass, which looks reasonably durable. The website's photo gave the impression of a bronze-colored, three-dimensional statue, but it wasn't; it was also printed on plexiglass and cartoonish. Had I been more aware, I likely would have chosen not to purchase it.
I didn't even want to give it one star! They have falsely advertised their product. It’s made of cheap plastic with various faces added. It's particularly disappointing during the holiday season when I wanted to do something nice for my family. They didn't even offer a full refund, just a 10% discount, which I promptly declined. I only have myself to blame for not being cautious, so I hope this helps others avoid this company! My rating should be minus 10!
