i paid 20€ more for my order to arrive…

i paid 20€ more for my order to arrive in 2-5 business days for valentines day and it arrived the 26th february. i kindly asked for a refund on those costs as i paid more for nothing. “ Hello, we are using the expedited shipping method, we cannot refund this part of the cost for you, thank you” is the reply every time. they dont care at all. dont order.
