Ordered a Christmas / New Year present from Funswan.nl in the first week of December 2020 with three week to till Christmas. It is January 8 and I still did not receive the present. When emailing customer support they keep replying with "please be patient!" without any estimation of delivery.Worst service experienced so far and have not yet received the product.
