I strongly advise against purchasing from this company — they are very dishonest and misleading. They claimed that none of their fur products come from China, yet two out of the three items I received clearly indicated that they did. After reaching out about this, I received no response until I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They didn’t apologize but instead asked me to return the items, even trying to impose a restocking fee, which I refused. Eventually, they agreed to waive the fee, but they have never addressed why they lied about the product origins and continue to ignore my attempts to communicate. Terrible customer service and shady practices — steer clear!
