This is my first review, and I’m quite unhappy with the service. I placed an order online and shortly received an urgent email requesting a screenshot of my credit card statement showing the transaction. I’ve sent multiple emails, including proof of purchase from my bank, but they seem to have stopped responding, even though they still have my money. I did receive an email stating my order was canceled and my money refunded, but I’m still waiting to see the funds back in my account.
