I ordered a mink head band $129.95 before Christmas never got it. They then put in a investigation with the post office witch took 10 days. After the investigation I called for a refund and was told a refund was put in. 4 days went by no refund. I then contacted my credit card company and they told me a refund was never put in. I then called Fur hat world back and asked for a supervisor. They refund to let me speak to a supervisor. They lady was very unprofessional she kept putting me on hold. Then she came back to the phone and told me I had to send them a email about my refund that should have been processed 4 days ago. And I have still not gotten my refund from this company. I will never shop with this company ever again. And I would like to worn other people beware of this company. I’m putting in a complaint with my credit card company about this company.
