AVOID FUR HAT WORLD!

So yourself a favour and DO NOT order from furhatworld.comI don’t even know where to begin. I wanted to order two trapper hats that were clearly advertised for $50 AUD. It stated on their website that there was free shipping for orders $100 and over. However, when I added both items to my cart it would always charge me shipping. No matter how many times I tried and on several different devices it still would t work. Unable to afford both hats and shipping I ended up just ordering one for my husband that came to a total of just under $70 AUDI sent an email. Facebook message and enquiry to ask why I kept getting charged for shipping but no one would ever get back to me. This is despite the fact they have 24/7 customer service all over their site.Eventually someone extremely rude got back to me and said it was because the hats were $49 AUD. Which was correct at that time however, on the weekend they were not. They continued to argue with me and said they were never $50 AUD continuously calling me a liar despite the fact I had a screenshot as proof of this. All while trying to pressure me into purchase more from them as their ‘sale’ was ending in 30 minutes. When I told them I don’t want their hats they blocked me. I continued to send emails to them to ask for an explanation and an apology but they never write back. Since then I have also gone through all the exchange rates for the day I purchased my husbands hat. The most I should have been charged with the highest exchange rate on that day was $62 AUD my order came to $67. So not only do they call customers liars that can and did supply proof that we are not lying they also overcharge customers when it comes to exchange rates.I told them to cancel the order but surprise, surprise they didn’t. The hat hasn’t arrived yet and when and if it does I’m not expecting much. Save yourself the hassle and go through a company that values their customers and are honest because fur hat world do not are are not.
