I accidentally order 2 of the same hats…

I accidentally order 2 of the same hats for my husbands Xmas present. I asked to return one. They said it had to be returned by Jan15. I told them I was unable to do that as I was out of the country until Feb. I asked if I could return it then. They said,”No!” I will never order from these people again. They are not the least bit understanding! I will post this on social media as well
