I ordered an item on December 23, 2023. As of today, January 26, 2024, it has not been delivered. I initially called their customer service on January 16, 2024. I was given two different reasons for the lack of delivery-the first being it was held up in customs, and the next being that delivery was attempted five times. Neither of these things are feasible. I looked up the tracking number with USPS and saw it was cleared by customs early January. I see multiple notices of attempted delivery, but this is not possible, as I live in a 24 hour manned building. I told the service representative at that time that I no longer wanted or needed the item, but rather a refund. I was told that is not possible because it is still active in the USPS system. Furthermore, I was refused access to speak with a supervisor. I also emailed their customer service department on January 23, reiterating I no longer want or need the item, and received a response today. They still refuse to refund the money, and advised me to contact USPS to resolve the issue. With USPS tracking, I see that the item is in a nondelivery loop each day. I responded, advising them that this was not an acceptable resolution for me, and that I would next have to report their unsavory business practice.I have gone ahead and filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I advise anyone experiencing similar issues to do the same. If enough complaints are registeredI believe these agencies will be more inclined to probe further into the matter.
