Company delivered fox fur band to be worn as hat or collar in an a plastic envelope which could have resulted in damage to it. They would not accept an exchange for a more expensive fur band even though the hat has never been worn and still has tags attached. It begs the question is the fur even real when this is the way a company does business?An exchange would have resulted in a happy customer and a good reputation but instead I have a hat I don’t care for and they have a poor review due to poor customer service.Only positive reviews posted on their website so you know they are not an honest company when they’re rated 2.4 hereReply to vendor:The item was a Christmas gift. Reputable companies offer a different return policy for the holidays. Obviously your company is not one of those. Buyers beware!
